Founded in 2012, The Haitian American Museum of Chicago (HAMOC) is the realization of a dream by its co-founder, Elsie Hernandez, to create an institution that would hold programs and exhibits that will contribute to the rich multicultural tapestry that is Chicago.

HAITIAN BRIDGE ALLIANCE

The Haitian Bridge Alliance (HBA) also known as “The BRIDGE” is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit community organization that advocates for fair and humane immigration policies and provides migrants and immigrants with humanitarian, legal, and social services, with a particular focus on Black people, the Haitian community, women and girls, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and survivors of torture and other human rights abuses.

HAITIAN AMERICAN NURSES ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA INC

To create a forum to empower nurses of Haitian descent worldwide and advance the profession of nursing by promoting health and well being for all through education, research, advocacy and leadership. HAITIAN CHILDRENS FUND INC

The Haitian Children’s Fund, Inc, is a California 501(c)3, federally recognized charity, founded in 1984 as the result of Lynn Garrison’s earlier activities in Haiti. During 1980, as Producer/Director, he headed an award winning film crew, with Burt Lancaster, in an effort to create a segment on Voodoo for the star’s TV series on paranormal subjects. During that project Lynn visited all corners of the nation, meeting many Haitians, from all levels of its unique society. Like many before him, first exposure hooked him and he fell in love the the place.

HAITIAN AMERICAN NURSES ASSOCIATION OF TAMPA

To provide all nurses and other allied health professionals the opportunity to unite as a group, to share and provide ideas of interest, and to become effectively involved with the issues and services relevant to the health and welfare of the Haitian communities in the Tampa Bay area as well as central Florida countries

HAITIAN AMERICAN SOCCER COACHES ASSOCIATION

In November of 2019, several soccer coaches of Haitian background living in the Atlanta area decided to meet to discuss how they can get together and assist the Haitian youth national soccer teams and how they can use their coaching knowledge to better educate the coaches in Haiti. As a result of this meeting, we decided to form an official organization with the goal of going to Haiti to offer camps, clinics, tournaments, coaching education, provide opportunities for college scholarship, and connections with professional teams in the US and abroad.

The mission of the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce Inc. also known as the Haitian American Business Expo, Inc. (HABEXPO) is to promote and empower Haitian American businesses by creating a platform where they can showcase their services to the communities in Massachusetts and beyond.

HAITIAN ART SOCIETY DC CHAPTER

The Haitian Art Society was formed in 2003 as an international membership organization designed to strengthen and expand interest in, and understanding of, Haitian Art and Artists. The HAS is a thriving community comprised of art collectors, gallerists, museum professionals, scholars, and researchers all connected by a mutual appreciation and affection for Haitian Art.

The Haitian American Caucus-US, Inc. (HAC-US) is a global community development nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide Haitian communities around the world with access to information and resources that will foster self-development and success. The Haitian American Caucus-Haiti, Inc. (HAC-Haiti) advances opportunities and improves the quality of life for the people of Haiti and all of its descendants. HAC strengthens the capacity of communities through education and comprehensive community development. HAC-Haiti promotes sustainable development in Haiti that eliminates extreme poverty by providing opportunities for education, health, and economic self-sufficiency. HAC believes that educationally, economically, and socially empowering men, women, and their children, (family unit) we can create strength that will build a better Haiti tomorrow. Our goal is to improve the reputation and visibility of minorities by breaking the barriers we face while living in America. We are dedicated to educating our community by providing them with essential tools to ensure success in their personal and professional lives, as well as engaging in collective action to empower the youth in the struggle for social and economic justice. Founded in 2009 by Samuel Darguin, Samuel Pierre, and Jeff Lindor, our founders believe that a healthy community consists of individuals who believe in educating and empowering themselves so they can pay it forward.

HAITIAN AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE INC

The Chamber is taking care of your business by working for and with other partners to build a strong local economy, to be a strong advocate for business and other member benefit programs. The Chamber embraces a collaborate approach to working with government and community entities for the prosperity of the community. The Chamber is a non-profit 501(c)(6) organization financed through membership dues investment and revenue generated by programs and events.
