GREENING HAITI FUND

Greening Haiti Fund aims to restore the self-sufficiency of the rural community of Fond-des-Blancs, Haiti, by reversing deforestation and soil depletion through environmental education, soil revitalization, and tree planting. Our long-term goal is to demonstrate the feasibility of making Haiti green again, and provide a model for other communities to replicate.

Our method is NOLB " No One Left Behind" and God will transform lives as we minister unto them (John 6:35). We want to provide for many young people so to keep them away from drugs, alcohol, violence and other wrong behaviors, reach them for Christ and prepare another society based on moral and spiritual values.

The humanitarian aid programs established by GSF and our mission are very closely aligned - all serve the same purpose of community development. Each element of our work feeds into and from each other element - whether it’s childhood nutrition, primary education, further education grants, agricultural extension, marketable skills, small business loans, women’s services or transportation.

FRIENDS AND CHILDREN OF HAITI FOUNDATION

For over 30 years, Friends of the Children of Haiti (FOTCOH, pronounced “fot-co”) has provided healthcare and hope to the people of Haiti. FOTCOH provides year-round medical services as well as community education and hygiene programs at our clinic in Cyvadier, Haiti.
