Sine Nouvèl
Founded in 2016, SineNouvèl supports Haitian filmmaking through a range of initiatives, including its international festival, the Festival Nouvelles Vues Haïti, which highlights a wide range of perspectives and voices. The festival provides an important platform for both emerging filmmakers and established professionals.
The organization works to make cinema more accessible in Haiti and promotes it as a tool for raising awareness, encouraging civic expression, and driving social change. Their mission goes beyond just promoting culture, they’re also advocating for a more structured Haitian film industry, with a focus on inclusivity and long-term, sustainable growth.
Règ Ayiti
RÈG Ayiti Connect was founded in response to a critical need: too many women and girls in Haiti lack access to accurate menstrual health information and essential hygiene resources.
Since our founding, we have strengthened communities through education, workshops, and support programs that directly address local realities.
Today, we reach thousands of women each year, giving them the tools they need to live with health and dignity.
RÈG Ayiti’s mission is to break the silence and taboos surrounding menstruation and to place the issue of period poverty at the center of public debate, from a perspective of social justice, human dignity, and gender equity.
