La Gonâve Haiti Partners and the Episcopal Church of Haiti join forces to transform lives on La Gonâve. We work together to support requested investments in people on the beautiful island of La Gonâve. Through this process, we are all changed.
HAITI NATIONAL TRUST INC
We identify biodiversity hotspots in need of protection, create national parks, and work closely with local communities and the government to manage those land and marine areas. As environmental stewards, we work towards ending deforestation and using a diversity of native trees for reforestation. We involve local communities in all activities, enhancing their livelihoods and education, and increasing their sustainability. Our work helps Haiti to mitigate the effects of climate change by simultaneously locking up carbon in trees and roots and creating a wetter and cooler environment. The improved watershed also results in fewer droughts and floods, and provides Haitians with more drinking water.
GREENING HAITI FUND
Greening Haiti Fund aims to restore the self-sufficiency of the rural community of Fond-des-Blancs, Haiti, by reversing deforestation and soil depletion through environmental education, soil revitalization, and tree planting. Our long-term goal is to demonstrate the feasibility of making Haiti green again, and provide a model for other communities to replicate.

Our 30 years of success has been elevated through strategic partners and alliances like, Wynne Farm Ecological Reserve located in Kenscoff, Haiti.

SOS Haiti is active not only in times of disaster but throughout the year. We can assure you that your donations will reach the poorest families or contribute to long-term environmental solutions. Our work is entirely volunteer-based, which means that your donations go directly to the communities in Haiti that need them most. We are promoting a National Reforestation Program for Haiti, which will engage all local stakeholders and harness international aid to combat climate change.

Service Chrétien d’Haïti
US Haitian Christian Service (SCH) is a Haitian organization created in December 1954, on the occasion of Hurricane Hazel to help victim families resume normal life. After a few years of humanitarian activities, the Committee decided to invest in sustainable livelihoods. Since then, SCH has been working to strengthen the production capacities of vulnerable rural families through training, technical, material and financial assistance, and environmental protection.
