La Plateforme des Organisations de Femmes Haïtienne pour le Développement (POFHAD)

With the acronym (POFHAD), is a socio-political, non-profit women's organization. It was created in Port-au-Prince on May 28, 2014. A feminist structure with a socio-political character that campaigns for respect for women's rights. It works for broad access for women to decision-making spaces so that they can enjoy fair justice. POFHAD brings together several associations working on various themes. Since its creation, POFHAD has worked to promote the rights of Haitian women and their economic progress.

Centre Hospitalier de Fontaine Foundation

Founded in 2018, the CHF Foundation began as an effort to support a struggling hospital and has since grown into a transformative force for community development. Initially focused on strengthening healthcare services, its mission has expanded to revitalizing local communities through education, job creation, and sustainable initiatives.

Appel Détresse

Appel Détresse, is an apolitical and non-denominational humanitarian association that carries out actions for the benefit of the poorest and most deprived on different continents. We help nurseries, schools, vocational training, clinics, homes for the elderly and prisons. Appel Détresse currently has 14 local sections in France . All the people involved at all levels in the operation of the association do so voluntarily.

UNITED HAITIAN ORTHPAEDIC PHILANTHROPISTS

Founded in 2015 in Pocatello, Idaho, United Haitian Orthopaedic Philanthropists is a not-for-profit organization created to help Haitian orthopaedic surgeons and specialists treat their Haitian patients. Although treating patients with orthopaedic diseases and conditions is certainly an objective of UHOP, the primary goal is to enable Haitian clinicians to better care for their own patients by providing education, equipment, and supplies.

Stand for Haiti understands that many friends, families, businesses, organizations, and schools desire to help, but don’t know how or where to start. Therefore, this website is a tool that can be used to navigate you through the process of helping. This website is also used to gather resources that will help in areas that have limited aid.
