The program takes place at one of two Léogâne campuses of the Episcopal University of Haiti. The programs are offered through the Department of Rehabilitation which in French is called FSRL-UNEPH: Faculté des Sciences de Réhabilitation de Léogâne - Université Épiscopale d'Haiti). To improve and strengthen persons with a disability, to show them that all is NOT finished with their life, that they could, as we say in Haiti, 'Move the mountain,' then they can have faith and believe this will happen.
