HAITI FOUNDATION AGAINST POVERTY INC

Visiting Haiti on a mission trip in 2003 when I was just sixteen years old, I witnessed first hand the abject poverty of the people of Haiti. My heart broke over the injustices I witnessed: starving infants, battered mothers, widespread malnutrition and so much more. I returned home with a passion to make a change. From then on, my life was consumed with efforts to empower and show love to the people of Haiti.

GOSPEL TO HAITI INC

Our goal as a mission is to create a team with the local Haitian people, enabling them to further multiply the light and healing of Jesus in the mountains of Aleg. Several main branches of this ministry include funding for a large Haitian-staffed school in the area, a milk and malnutrition program for the poor, and a clinic that brings medical care into the heart of the mountains. In the near future, we hope to open a new birthing facility with c-section capabilities, a full-time Haitian doctor, and a helipad for emergency patient transports. Our vision is to use combined efforts to lift high the name of Jesus in Alèg, through both practical and spiritual means.
